And you are correct sir!  161.70 is an "STL" (Studio Transmitter Link)
frequency.  Although some smaller stations use it for the primary audio
link between the studio and remote transmitter, it is more often used
for remote broadcasts, such as when they are "live" at a local
business.  As a side bar, most stations use a "Marti" transmitter for
the link; Marti is manufactured in Cleburne.  Their equipment is a
standard in the broadcast industry worldwide!
