[TCARC-NTx] Music on HT

Hello All,
This morning, Wed. 12, I did a scan on my radio and I picked up music on 
161.7600Mhz.  The station identified itself as QX-FM (89.5 FM KYQX in 
Weatherford).  I turned on a regular AM/FM radio and what I am picking up is 
a live broadcast, I thought maybe it was a recording.  Does anyone have a 
idea into why this is occuring?

By the way, the signal is coming in quite strong.  If I stand outside, I can 
get a signal strength of 10 with my rubber duck antenna.
