[TCARC-NTx] Field Day site

City of Azle Emergency Management Coordinator Mike
Shingler today confirmed by telephone with me that
TCARC-NTX has permission to set up for Field Day in
Ash Creek Park as we have many times before.  As in
the past, we will not have exclusive use of the park
as it will remain open to the public.
