[TCARC-NTx] Azle EOC update

I provided the guy post guidance requested by Azle Emercency Planning
Coordinator Mike Shingler, this week.  He said that the tower site should be
ready later this week or next week.

I have the tower and guy wires and coax at my QTH.

Mark K5PSB I think has the antennas and radio?

Jerry N0JY has the gin pole, and Terry KJ5ZR has the other gin pole?

Anyway, need a team of volunteers to help put up the tower.  Mainly need
ground crew of around 3 people, and one other climber besides myself.
Additional climbers welcome, we can take turns.

Ground crew does things like hoist tower sections and antennas up to the
climbers.  Climbers attach the tower sections and antennas.

Any interest in participating, please let me know.
