[TCARC-NTx] NCTECH 2003 Committee now forming

So far NCTECH 2003 Committee is David KB5YLG
and Jim N5QU.  Anyone else willing to serve on the
committee needs to speak up now and/or at the upcoming
club meeting.  We need at least 5 more on the
committee, or else the event may be cancelled again.
