[TCARC-NTx] meeting location

Here's 2 cents and I will attempt to check the availability this week.

1.  Checker's Pizza here in Springtown, they have a loft area that the
high-school uses for parties.  I think it would hold our group, I'll check it
out.  They have a large menu of items other than pizza, too.

2.  Howell's cafe again here in Springtown.  Their non-smoking area may be
available, I'll have to ask them.
