[TCARC-NTx] April meeting and new Bank account

Hello All,

OK, the new checking account is set up at First Bank Azle.  One problem, we
still have to get the bank a copy of the Tax certificate showing we are a
non-profit organization.  Something was said at the last meeting that we
don't need one, that is only partly correct.  If you collect less that a
certain amount we don't need to file with the IRS, we still need it for the
back and the new account.

If anyone has a copy could you please bring it to the club meeting Saturday
evening, I will copy it if necessary and get it back to whomever it needs to
go to.  We can't finalize the account till we get them a copy of the Tax
Certificate.  It should have a 75- number on it.
