[TCARC-NTx] New way to use REFLECTOR

The update from our QSL.NET host service was rather wordy.  If you get this
message, you are already receiving the REFLECTOR for TCARC-NTX.  (Tri-County
Amateur Radio Club of North Texas).

To send mail to the reflector has changed.  If you address an email to
[email protected] from the same email account that yo are receiving
this, then it will automatically be reflected out to all the members of the
reflector.

Try it out, you'll like it.  Send email to [email protected].
