[TARA] Next Meeting and Resources

Hey all,

Our next meeting is going to be the first Wednesday of October, aka the 
5th.

The date of the test session held by the city radio club, SARA, has been 
set; see the attached flyer. None of the info should change at this 
point but if it does, or a prettier flyer is made, I'll send that out.

For those of you eager to get started on your own, this is the website I
