[TARA] First meeting and antenna

Hey all,

We are going to have our meetings at 7pm every other Tuesday (flip 
flopping with the ieee). I had planned to have our first meeting this 
Tuesday, but I just found out that the room we were going to use is 
probably maybe not available. With that kind of uncertainty, I am not 
going to commit to a meeting and we will therefore hold our first 
meeting on March 8th.

As I have mentioned before, we are installing a new antenna. I had 
planned to have it fully up by now but last weekend didn't work out. As 
such, we will work to finish it this weekend, either Saturday or Sunday, 
if the weather permits. We are at the point of putting up the radiating 
elements and tuning the antenna, and I invite any of you who are 
interested to come by. I will send a ping in the discord with more exact 
times that you can come by.
