[TARA] TARA Meeting Time and Discord F21

Hey all,

I am sending out this email with a link to a google form about selecting
the meeting time for TARA during the fall '21 semester. I will be checking
the responses on Monday or Tuesday and emailing out the results. Whatever
day is selected, we will try to have a short, informal meeting this week to
go over plans for the semester.

Also, TARA has a discord server now. It is very new, so constructive
criticism is always welcome. When you land in the server, head over to the
#rules-and-roles channel and read through it. You can also assign your
license status and position there by reacting to the appropriate messages.
