[TARA] Meeting Time Decision

Wednesday Night at 7PM had the most results on the Doodle Poll, so that
will be when the radio club meetings will happen.

This is in conflict with the Socorro Amateur Radio Association's Meeting
and Lab night the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, and since I am now
president of that club, I will only be attending TARA meetings when I am
not in one of those.

This week, we will have officer elections and talk about general projects
for the semester.
