[TARA] Repeater status

We had a good end of the year party yesterday, and discussed the future
projects and stuff for the club as well as watched the video of the
repeater project this semester.

I just wanted to mention the workman repeater will be back online sometime
next week and we are planning on using it for communications to volunteer
to direct cars to park and stuff.

The new CTCSS receive and transmit tone will be 123.0 Hz due to
interference and  intermod from commercial traffic.
