[TARA] Tara first meeting tonight

Hello Everyone, sorry for the delay on sending this out,

Tonight will be the first TARA meeting. Here we will discuss the upcoming
projects, upcoming events, and demonstrate some of the new RF test
equipment including performing a receiver test with a service monitor.

We will begin finishing the repeater project as well, and hopefully get it
up on top of  Workman in February for everyone to use.
