Hi Glenn.
Thanks for the info.  It looks like I got everything on the receiver
repaired ok.  Thing I was worried about was that I might have to order a
mechanical part for the cassette but that proved unnecessary.

Tandy still has the manual listed in their parts list. The RSU is: 
10823078  MANUAL,SERVICE 20-219      MS2000219. Do not know the price. I 
have the manual for the receiver w/o the tape deck and the Sangean model. 
The Radio Shack manual is just as complete as the OEM. Neither are 
complete. My radio gives error codes not listed in ether manual.
