If you go to http://support.tandy.com/support_electronics/doc30/30394.htm 
you will find that the service manual is listed as RSU 10823037.  You can 
order this online or through any Radio Shack store.  THis is the parts list 
for DX-390 (200-0214).  This was the first hit returned from a Google 
search for DX-390.
