Just a heads up that QSOs from the NT section should not be in short supply
this year's running of sweepstakes. There is the promise of two strong
stations (by that I mean a station running HP with a Yagi) on for SS CW and
I know of at least four stations operating from NT for SS Phone. Should be
lots of fun.

I've been improving my station a bit, I now have an ability on 80M and 40M.
I've been working on my CW skills and I will continue to work on that. I
plan to run split high up the band, so start practicing using your RIT
function in your new K3, hihi. If pileups are manageable I will ease off on
running split.

BTW, you might want to make an entreaty to Lady Aurora asking her not to
wave her hand over VY1 this weekend.
