[TAC] The TAC Web Page updated

I updated the TAC web page .....   http://www.qsl.net/tac

Added the club circle and put pins for the "normal show up for a
meeting" members QTHs.
And then added a page with call sign tags for where the "normal show
up" members live.
So you can see how far it is to Calvelli's in Lapeer vs. Teitz in Imlay City.
Changed the "When and where TAC meets"
And made some subtle changes to the FD pages.

I think all the links work, but let me know if there are any that are broken.

And ..... If you can come up with ideas for a different place to meet
- let me know
and I'll check them out!
If we come up with a different location, I'll put a banner or
something across the top of the
page with the date (May 19) and location.
