What is the NS sprint Ladder

Newbies have their own category and only the results
from the last 6 sprints are counted in the final score tally.
So newbies can jump right in and get practice a few weeks
before their score counts.

There is a slow speed practice for newbies that starts at 02:00z - 
roughly 02:15z.
Sometimes we will go a few minutes extra since we don't keep a score for 
the slow speed practice.
