[TAC] TAC Not On CQWW WPX Club List

When I submitted my CQWW WPX CW Log I got pinged by the Robot for having a 
not recognized club name.  Turns out Thumb Area Contesters is not on the 
official list.  Shall I go about getting it on the list??
