[TAC] NAQP sked

Tomorrow those of us on the NAQP team should meet on the air and try and 
work each other on all bands right at the start of the contest at 1800Z.

K8DD and I have done it in the past with very little effort for either 
one of us. Its pretty easy to work a guy on 6 bands when you have a sked. 

We should meet on the .050's starting on 3550 then qsy to 7050, 14050, 
21050, 28050 then to 1850.
