NCCC Thursday  Night Practice, Aug. 28, NS rules, 3 bands CW, NO DUPES

This week, we'll use NS rules on *20/40/80m* for the Thursday  practice,
Aug. 27  local date in North America;   Aug. 28 UTC.

*30 minutes starting at 0230Z
-- *Start 0230Z (1930 PDT, 2030 MDT, 2130 CDT 2230 EDT)

*NS RULES*:   Sprint format, *NO* *DUPES on same band*, *100 watts
BANDS:  20/40/80m,   +40 khz from low band edge.

*The *SLOW SPEED CW NS practice* continues: *02-0215Z* on Thursday; 20, 
40, 80m CW.

*The  schedule of Thursday (sometimes Friday also) events through
