[TAC] North American sprint Saturday night reminder

A reminder that the "real" CW sprint is Saturday night.(  CW: 0000Z - 
0400Z September 7, 2008) If your code speed isn't very fast, just call 
CQ slowly and guys will answer you slowly. You can only call CQ if 
that's all you're comfortable with and everyone will appreciate you 
being on the air. Most likely you will get the hang of it and after a 
while be able to call someone that just inherited a frequency too.
