I thought I'd put this on the TAC reflector.

These weekly half hour sprints are a lot of fun. I've been getting in on them for the last month and working out bugs in my station setup. Take a look at the NCCC website for the info and give them a try.

There is a slow speed sprint before the regular sprint on most weeks. Codes speeds are slow and guys new to the sprint are joining in.

Looking forward to hearing more activity tomorrow night.

First time NS guys WELCOME!
Two SUPER contests this time. See the NCCC web site for more info.

This is a REALLY fun operating event.

Subject: [CQ-Contest] NS Ladder - Help needed

This week only -- Thursday night . please help the NS Ladder BOD
(N6ZFO, K4BAI, N4AF, W9RE and N3BB) assess the role that our liberal
dupe rule plays in the NS-Ladder competition by participating *both*
in the regular NS Ladder AND in a once-only experimental NCCC Sprint
30 mins prior to the NS Ladder on Thursday night:

1) Time 0200-0225 Z (Fri) 25 minutes - Experimental NS Ladder:

-- NS Ladder rules BUT . . .only one contact per station per band.

-- Report score summary (bands, Q's mults, score) either to:
-- 3830 form IF Bruce can make it available in time OR
                    -- Directly to: n6zfo at arrl.net

-- (note: Bruce asks that we *not* post twice to
3830, as I had earlier suggested)

2) Regular NS Ladder 0230-0300Z (Fri).

-- Please report to the 3830 forms at www.hornucopia.com *even
if you don't regularly report your score*.
-- Use normal dupe rule of 1 intervening Q same band, no
intervene Q's reqd if band change

We appreciate your help! If you haven't tried the NS Ladder, here's
a good chance for a fun hour of contesting, and a chance to provide
some data.
See www.ncccsprint.com

NOTE: The Slow NS (SNS) run by Mike, W9RE will *not* be held this
week. We appreciate Mike's willingness to let his time slot go for
one week.
