[TAC] TAC / EMARC Field Day Early Results - Rev 1

How about the multipler (x2) for having a coach and the breakdown by 
operator. Only multiples of 20 Qs per operator count.   I'm pretty sure all 
GOTA Qs have to be matched to an operator.
