[TAC] Field Day

Ian,

How was Field Day with the TAC group? I really wanted to join you this year
(thanks for the K8MM/FP card), but it's just too far of a drive on a very
busy weekend. 

I ran CW at the OCARS site W8TNO this weekend. I put in about 8 hours total.
Had help from N8MOJ and K8YTO. I'm happy there are still good CW ops in the
club. Didn't get to operate with Tim, K8NWD, as he worked different shifts.
Best stretch was 80m from 1am - 4am. I found a clear freq., called CQ and
had one come back to me on nearly every call for 3 hours straight. 

OCARS ended up with about 650 CW Q's. Either conditions were down or CW
participation was down this year, or both.
