Field Day Planning Meeting
Tuesday evening June 20 - 7:20 PM Calvellis in Lapeer

Setup Saturday about 9:30 - 10:00 AM at the park.

Who is going to show up for sure and when?
This will help planning if we want to go 2 or 3 transmitter .....
I'd guess probably 2!

This year it looks like from over here we have:
K8JM   HF
N8EA   HF
K8MM  Satellite & HF
K8DD   HF
And from Port Huron
AC8W
N8CQA
K8WMW
W8XI maybe

If I get a chance to try out raising one of the military masts with
my 6M beam before the weekend I'll bring it and the IC-746 for 6M
If not, I probably won't.

We have the EMARC club tent that we had last year.
A small tent for sleeping.
An EZ-UP canopy with no sides.
The 5th wheel that was there last year won't be there this year.
 A 5 KW generator - bring full gas cans!

Rigs:
I have a K2/100 & IC-746
John and Stan have IC-765s
Ian has the Satellite radio and antennas

We could use:
a screened dining fly/room
a coffee pot
some kind of stove to cook some kielbasa or polish sausages on
50 ft tower (we have a TA-33 if there is a support for it)
drop cords, power strips, coax, wire, rope
and a lifetime supply of Labatt Blue
