[TAC] Quiet freq: 3759

I didn't make it!  On the way home from dinner we had a flat.  The spare 
has one of those funny locking keyed things on the lung nut.
We didn't get one with the Jeep when we bought it.
Ian came to the rescue with a big pair of channel locks, but didn't get 
home till 9:30.
Lets try 1 PM Saturday - tomorrow - on 3759.  If that doesn't work, 1:30 
on 7190 up to the first clear spot on both freqs.

We need to settle the redundancies!
