[TAC] Cell phone from FP

Assuming I can get GSM/GAIT coverage on my cell phone ....
>From Canada it is 59 cents per minute to call the US
>From FP - assuming it is France - it is $1.29 per minute to call the US

Are there any calling cards that would give us a better rate?
There is no third party agreement between the US and France, although
John, K8JM, can let our families know he talked to us and we are doing
well!
