Ian / Hank / Stan and the rest of the team,

Congratulations on a very successful operation!

I would have loved to have joined you, but time is at a premium and
finances are tight. I have been following along in awe and envy as you
prepared and conducted your adventure.

I took a lightning strike somewhere "nearby" about two-three weeks
before CQWW. Blew out the front end of my FT-920 and took along with it
the cable modem, router, and any Ethernet NIC that was plugged in to the
router. Fortunately Dave, W8IOF let me borrow his FT-1000MP until my 920
gets back from Yaesu, and I was able to work you on quite a few bands.
We traveled to Wisconsin for Thanksgiving so I wasn't able to work you
in the contest. 

I'm glad you all had a great time and a safe trip.
