[TAC] paper work

Ian:
I didn't submit anything for FP/W8IQ and so far as I know my cards were
accepted for DXCC. We had photographic record of our presence and sent post
cards. I don't think we showed anything to anyone in the way of a license on
FP. So we didn't receive any paperwork in return. I didn't have an active
passport at that time. Several who did had to ask to have their passports
stamped on FP for posterity. Otherwise their passports would have shown
nothing.
I think FP is not as controversial as P5, for example when it comes to
DXCC credit.
