The swap will be pretty well "deceased" by 11 am.  The VE room should be

We can get mast from K4TMC for shipping.  10 pieces is 30 pounds.  15 
pieces per heavy duty rubberized canvas bags would be just under 50 
pounds.  The bags are free, but it will cost $10 shipping each way.
