[Swan] Swan 400 refurbishment

Hi Swan group -

Currently going through a 400 and looking for any tips or hints on 
rebuild.  I have it working pretty well now after new driver and finals, 
and next up is alignment.

One thing I've noticed is that the volume doesn't turn all the way down 
-- the internal speaker still plays even though the volume control is 
turned fully CCW (while still on of course... not a haunted rig)...

Is this normal behavior?  I'm running it with a stock rebuilt 117XC, and 
get sound out of the speaker on that as well.

So far, good audio reports and well over 200 watts out on the MFJ meter.


Any tips or tricks would be most appreciated.  I notice that the BAMA 
schematic is slightly different than my rig, and the Compendium is kind 
of light on this particular rig.
