[Swan] test

[Remington Furman]

I'm here because I like to fix things.  I was given a free Swan Cygnet 270B
in less than working condition, and it's my first HF rig.  I got the
service manual, recapped it, and the receiver is working great now, but I'm
having troubles with the transmitter.  That was in 2015, and I've had to
keep it on the back burner since.  Last I can remember I couldn't get more
than 15W or so of output into my dummy load, but as I've never used an HF
rig much, let alone a tube amp, I'm not sure how to best
troubleshoot/align/operate it.  I get nervous about heating and blowing the
final tube following the alignment procedures.  I plan on asking for help
later this year when some time frees up.
