Hello to the list,
  My 350C seems to be self oscillating (on receive) in the driver stage 
and it looks like C213, the 3.3pf 500v fixed neutralizing cap is 
burned. It's a tubular ceramic style that passes through the metal 
shield between the driver stage and the mixer stage underneath the 
chassis.
  Has anyone replaced this or found a source? I can't find anything like 
it and am hoping someone else has.
