[Swan] Mark II Amp problems

I run one of those here.  Really good amplifier.  800w out with 110 vac.
Your bleeder could be shorted some where.
You can take an ohm meter and isolate each capacitor then see if it charges 
on the meter.
The real trick to this one is making sure you have a good transformer.  You 
could disconnect the transformer output completely and load test it with a 
resistor that will pull 100ma or so out of it.
