> Hello, I recently picked up a Swan 350 transceiver. Does anyone know a
source for the aluminum inlays on the knobs or a good way to fabricate them.
I tried cutting circles of aluminum to the correct size with a pair
> of metal shears but I am not please with the results so far. Also on the
receive/ tune cw switch, there is a white dot to the left the slash mark
that separates the two functions. The book doesn't say what that dot is
really for?

Tom:
On my 350, the white dot means that the sidebands are reversed. That is 20
meters is in LSB and 40 is in USB. Also for 80,15, and 10 reversed.
Hope this helps.
