I have just finished upgrading two 117xc power supplies from kits from two competing providers.  In "my opinion" the one from  blue-seagle on ebay is far supperior.  The layout is cleaner and the component numbers are on the board.  The other (cheaper) one I had to drill out some mounting holes to accommodate the leads for some of the diodes.  The pictorials are easier to follow and the pc board is double sided, making it easier.  The one from blue -seagle cost more $65 vs about $40.  Then as we know you generally get what you pay for.  This is "just my opinion" your's may be different.
