[Swan] Swan Compendium Rev. 4.0 Distribution

Please note that the Swan Compendium Rev. 4.0 is being distributed 
directly by me for a $25 Donation to the St. Vincent de Paul Society 
OLOV, a charity organization whose local chapter operates on a total 
volunteer basis - so essentially all donations goes to help individuals 
and families in need (locally, nationally, and internationally).  Of 
the donated amount, $23 is tax deductible.  This approach was used in 
keeping with the public service aspect Amateur Radio.

For any other copies received by users other than directly, as noted on 
the front page of the Compendium, it is requested the the recipient 
make a $20 donation to the charity listed above.
