[Swan] Swan 500CX

Can anyone lead me in the direction of getting this unit to work on push to
talk.  It receives fine in the "Receive" mode (switch).  Where does one set
the function switch to key this unit?

I turn the mode switch to "Transmit" and the push to talk does not unkey the
transceiver to return to receive.
