You may not be able to find an exact replacement but
similar glass encapsulated reed relays are made by
Hamlin and sold by MCM Electronics, Digi-Key and
others. You might have to adapt the mounting a bit but
I suspect many would work. That voltage isn't
critical. It's probably a 12 volt relay. Most will
work fine at 10.5 volts.

If all else fails you might contact Ten-Tec at their
parts department. They used similar relays in many of
their rigs.
