Hi John,
Yes, just just send donation for $25 made out to St. Vincent de Paul
Society, OLMC to me at the address shown below. As it turns out,
postage is the same for all zip codes, so they are being mailed via 1st
class mail the next day.
Compendium started out about 4-5 years ago as my personal technical
notebook as I was learning about Swan - decided to make it more
formalized and offer it for cost to other Swan folks - this is the
forth major revision, hence the Rev 4. All others were just in hard
copy format, however at over 300 pages in 8.5x12" in format, just the
duplication and mailing costs become somewhat pricey. If you visit
the following web-page it shows the Table of Contents that should give
a clearer idea of its contents.
