[Swan] Found some NOS Phastron Prestige II Meters

At a swap meet I found several NOS Phastron meters, FS=1MADC, with early
70's date codes.  They were made for an unknown unit.  I believe they are
the same type clear plastic meters, and made by the same manufacturer, of
those used in the Swan 350's, Mark II, and others.  Just replace the
scale insert from your bad meter, and install.  I would like to trade for
Hallicrafters meters, especially like those used in the SR-150 etc.
