[Swan] Electrolytics again....

Hello to the list,
I have seen the many posts about reforming electrolytic caps on
equipment that has been idle for long periods. I was given a 350C a year
ago that was stored and remember it being pulled out of the box and
fired up to see if it still worked ( it did ). I now turn it on fairly
frequently to rx but have not used it to tx.
My question is: Would the caps have stabilized by now or would they
still need to be reformed? I'm not an 'industrial strength' technician
but can use a meter for tests. Any thoughts?
tnx & 73,
