Hi Jacob - first on using your computer to key the PTT lkine of the 250 - I don't
see why not. It is possible on other rigs, but I have no idea what the voltage is on
that PTT line or the current requirements. Take a look at the schematic & see if it
is something your computer interface output can handle...
If not you can always add a small relay or power transistor in between if you have
to. Piece of cake.
Next on the 31.333 Mc/s crystal, there are many sources out there...
