[Swan] Swan 250 questions

1. To connect the 250 to the TV2b, it shows connecting a 2-wire cable from
the "C" & "T" screws on the 250 to a RCA plug on the TV2b. So which screw
goes to the center of the RCA and which to the outer?

2. For automated CW operation, I know that you are supposed to turn the
switch on the front of the radio to go into CW transmit, HOWEVER, for using
a computer sending unit could the radio be keyed by the mic ptt line
instead?
