[Swan] Virus?

I got 12 of these, too, all from the Swan list, all in about a 5 minute
burst about half an hour ago. Apparently the actual virus is contained in a
photo attachment of some sort, which my Norton 2002 trapped and
automatically deleted, so no harm done here, other than the inconvenience of
waiting a minute or two while Norton scrubbed 12 viruses in a row. I, too,
am surprised that (a) an attachment of ANY kind was distributed by the list
server, and (b) that even if was distributed, it wasn't scrubbed for viruses
by the server. Even my Norton 2002 scrubs every outgoing email I send to be
sure it's clean before it's actually transmitted. Guess I'll unsubscribe
from Swan if this is going to be an ongoing thing.
