I just downloaded the manual from www.mods.dk and looked at the pages 
showing the mic connection for packet (78,79) -- it looks like you have 
a fairly common 8-pin DIN connector there.  This should be available 
from Mouser (Amphenol M+F 8-DIN cable-mount, pg898), Digi-Key, or even 
(gasp!) Rat Shack (though soldering and reliability with theirs could be 
troublesome.)  For a moment, I thought it was the common 8-pin Amphenol 
with the screw-on ring.  Available likewise.
