[Standard] Manual for 5618 and CMP mike

I have a Standard 5618 with the CMP separate mike. I need to find=20
someone that has a manual that they can copy for me. Being visually =
impaiared
I have to rely on my wife to set it up and she is not electronically =
blessed !
I need to know how to reinitialize the microprosseser, as I can't get =
the=20
mike to act as a speaker..just the unit itself. If you can  help  me, =
please
send me an email and I would be glad to pay for the copy fees. Thanks =
