[Standard] Standard repeater amplifier and power supply question

Hello to All,

I picked up a Standard repeater this weekend at a hamfest.  There is a 
problem in the power supply for the PA and I didn't get the schematic for 
it.  Would anyone have information about the Standard RPA-5/90 Power 
Amplifier and the matching PS-3 power supply?  I especially need to know 
what the voltage is on the control line that runs from the power supply to 
the PA.
